Cancelation Policy
For appointments scheduled Tuesday-Friday, 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
For appointments scheduled on Mondays, cancelations/requests to reschedule must be received by noon on the Friday prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancelations received after the time window specified above and missed appointments without notice will result in the assessment of the full appointment fee.
